Insurance companies dictate treatment frequency, duration, and require formal diagnoses in your permanent medical record. Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan offers it.

I'm licensed in California, Texas, New York, and Florida—formal assessment letters and diagnoses for medical transition can be provided to residents of these states only. Clients in other locations receive consultation, guidance, and clinical support.
